As a Principal Biostatistician, you lead statistical activities across studies, mentor biostatisticians, and shape study design and analysis. You will serve as the statistical contact for sponsors, oversee training, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, regulatory interfaces, and contributing to proposals and budgets. This opportunity offers impact across programs and a path into a future live role within a global biostatistics team.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Serve as a statistical department resource and mentor statisticians
• Prepare Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and mock-ups for tables, listings, and figures
• Handle statistical aspects of protocols and randomization input to clinical study reports
• Review SAS CRFs, SAS database design, and study documentation for data quality
• Create or review programming specs for analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures
• Direct and review work of biostatistics personnel to ensure timely, high-quality output
• Contribute to company objectives and develop alternative solutions for operational challenges
• Act as biostatistics representative on project teams and prepare for internal meetings
• Ensure verification/quality control of deliverables and alignment with SAPs and specs
• Manage multi-project scheduling, milestones, and time estimates; escalate when needed




• Provide statistical programming support as needed
• Participate in DSMB/DMC activities and possibly act as independent or voting statistician
• Lead projects with integrated analyses and support regulatory meetings
• Ensure SOPs, WIs, and regulatory guidelines are followed
• Maintain organized project documentation and inspection readiness
• Support business development through proposals and sponsor bid defenses
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Occasional travel; this posting may be for future opportunities
Responsabilidades
• Strong statistical leadership in clinical trials with experience guiding teams
• Proven ability to develop SAPs and statistical plans
• Experience with randomization, protocol xqbhyrx input, and clinical study reports
• SAS-based programming and review of CRFs and database design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; proactive communication
• Exposure to DSMB/DMC processes and regulatory interactions
• Knowledge of SOPs, WIs, and ICH guidelines
• Experience with collaboration across sponsors and internal teams
• Quality control and documentation management skills
• Willingness to contribute to proposals and business development
• Minimal travel as needed
