Position Overview

We are seeking a German-speaking Account Manager to join a growing Customer Success & Optimization team in Barcelona.

This role is focused on managing and developing a portfolio of clients, improving account performance, and driving long-term business growth through strategic relationship management and data-driven optimization.

Your Key Objectives

-

- Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking business clients

- Act as the main point of contact for account strategy and performance

- Identify optimization and upselling opportunities

- Provide performance insights and actionable recommendations

- Conduct regular account reviews and business check-ins

- Monitor KPIs and ensure client retention and satisfaction

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall service delivery





Idóneo Candidate Profile

-

- Native or fluent German (C1–C2)

- Good command of English

- 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Target-driven and client-focused

- Eligible to work in Spain
