As Product Director for Professional Services, you own the vertical roadmap and strategy to make Unit4 the ERP of choice for PSOs. You lead a dedicated team to build industry-specific capabilities within the platform and collaborate with horizontal product teams to deliver end-to-end value. You translate market shifts—like AI-driven billable work and outcome-based pricing—into a forward-looking product plan. You engage with customers and executives to validate direction and drive commercial impact.

• Translate PSO workflows into actionable requirements across ERP modules
• Champion AI and automation to deliver differentiators for PSOs

• Act as the industry voice in planning with horizontal product teams
• Partner on go-to-market readiness, pricing, and field enablement for new capabilities
• Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to validate direction and generate evidence
• Monitor competitive landscape and inform positioning
Responsabilidades
• Proven product management experience for enterprise SaaS platforms (ERP, PSA)
• Deep understanding xqbhyrx of PSO business models and operational drivers
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment and translate complex needs into scalable solutions
