As a Product Designer at CloudPay, you own end-to-end design for complex payroll and payments experiences, collaborating with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions. You turn complexity into simple, impactful designs that drive business value and shape design culture in a fast-growing tech environment. You work across discovery to delivery, contributing to a scalable design system and accessible UI. This role offers autonomy to lead initiatives and improve experiences for organisations and employees worldwide.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end design for complex features from discovery to delivery, producing wires, prototypes, and UI
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear, well-justified design solutions
• Plan and conduct user research, usability tests, and discovery sessions to validate assumptions




• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to surface patterns and opportunities
• Contribute to the evolution of CloudPay's design system and maintain accessibility standards
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the lifecycle and communicate decisions to stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• Solid experience in product design or UI/UX
• Cross-functional collaboration with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders xqbhyrx
• Portfolio with end-to-end product design showing thinking, quality, and impact
• Familiarity with API-first or integration-heavy platforms; AI-powered experiences a plus
• Background in HR tech or global payroll is advantageous but not required
