As Senior Manager, Finance Systems, you will own Perk’s finance technology stack, with NetSuite at the core, guiding configuration, integrations, and governance. You will partner with Accounting, Strategic Finance and Engineering to optimise processes and scale the ecosystem. This high-impact role focuses on improving the close cycle, AR/AP, and overall financial controls. You’ll drive automation and tool evaluations to support rapid growth in a multi-entity, multi-currency context. You’ll help ensure reliable data and compliant, auditable systems that enable business decisions.

• Manage NetSuite integrations with upstream/downstream systems

• Manage IT general controls in SOX programme and access reviews
• Coordinate audits with Deloitte/PwC on systems and data
• Lead end-to-end system implementation and upgrade projects
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline the close cycle
• Maintain systems documentation and data dictionaries
• Collaborate with Accounting and FPu0026A to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in finance systems, with at least 4 years as NetSuite administrator or functional lead
• Hands-on NetSuite configuration experience (workflows, custom records, SuiteScript, saved searches, xqbhyrx reporting)
• Proven track record managing cross-system integrations from requirements to delivery
• Solid understanding of core accounting processes (close cycle, AR/AP, consolidation)
• Experience supporting SOX IT general controls or equivalent audit-facing work
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
