In this role you will support both CRM and Member Services, ensuring high-quality client data and smooth access management. You will bridge business, operations, and IT to drive process improvements and governance. You work with cross-functional teams to enhance systems and enable efficient market operations. This position offers hybrid working with a strong focus on data, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, within an international environment.

• Provide functional support to internal and external Members across CRM and Member Services activities
• Maintain high-quality client and business data, ensuring accuracy and governance standards
• Manage user access, onboarding activities and CRM-related administration tasks
• Participate in system enhancements,



testing activities and process improvement initiatives
• Act as a key liaison between business users, operations team and IT stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• Experience in Client Services, Operations, CRM, Customer Support or similar business functions
• Strong member relationship management skills
• Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
• Interest xqbhyrx in systems, data management, market operational processes and process optimization
• Functional knowledge of market operations and standard market messaging processes
• Native or professional proficiency in Spanish; strong English communication, international environment preferred
