As CTO, you will steer the technology strategy for a data-driven market intelligence company and drive growth. You’ll lead a small Barcelona-based team, modernize the tech stack, and push AI-powered innovation across products and processes. You’ll partner with senior leadership to deliver scalable solutions and shape the future technology organization. This is a hands-on leadership role with meaningful impact on product direction, data platforms, and client-facing platforms.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and execute the technology roadmap
• Mentor and manage a small team of 3 tech professionals
• Oversee mobile apps, data platforms, databases, and client-facing dashboards
• Identify opportunities to modernize systems and improve scalability

Responsabilidades
• Experience leading engineering or technology teams
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, data platforms, xqbhyrx cloud technologies, and digital products
• Experience in data-intensive environments and client-facing platforms
• Good understanding of AI and its practical applications
• Ability to modernize existing systems and drive technology strategy
• Comfortable working in a growing, fast-moving company
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
