In this role you drive the Industrialization, delivery efficiency and operational excellence for LTA FAL u0026amp; MRO Seville. You lead strategy deployment across cross-functional, international teams, coordinating OES processes and digital tools to raise performance. You will benchmark with other plants, implement best practices locally and support mindset change within the plant. Your work focuses on Lean initiatives, safety planning and stakeholder alignment to enable sustainable growth.

• Lead Lean steering committees covering improvement activities (Lean, TIPs, PPS, HK, main projects) and KPIs
• Organize LTA day and activities to enhance brand and visibility
• Implement and train OES digital tools (Digital SQCDP, One Single Flow, Control Room, Process Confirming)

• Collaborate across silos and cultures with international teams, ensuring standard implementation and cross-plant benchmarking
