In this role you drive the commercial engine of TP Spain’s strategic new program, leading a cross-EMEA sales effort. You’ll guide outbound pipeline generation, host acquisition, and consultative engagements with property managers, while scaling a multilingual sales team. You’ll collaborate with Airbnb and TP Growth teams to refine targeting and cadences, using data to optimize workflows and outcomes. Responsabilidades
• Proficient English (C1)
• Minimum 18 months experience as a Sales Team Leader
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Good people skills
• Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
• Team player with leadership, analytical and communication skills
• Consultative sales knowledge xqbhyrx (BANT) is a plus
• Interest in sales, technology and the internet; desire to learn and develop
• High emotional intelligence
• Additional languages are a plus
