In this role you will drive the development and deployment of new repairs and tooling for Global Onshore Wind Services, focusing on Craneless MCU. You will lead lean initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost, coordinating cross-functional teams across integral sites. You’ll manage validation programs, training strategy, and full operational deployment of tools and processes, shaping scalable solutions for wind installation technology. This position offers the chance to influence global standards and improve performance in a dynamic energy landscape.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Liaise between Global Services u0026 Projects and Wind Engineering on tool/repair development and deployment
• Lead global validations and beta testing for tooling/processes, organizing validation teams, site selection, logistics, data collection and reporting
• Drive action plans post-validation and continuous improvement to meet CTQs




• Establish and execute global training requirements and curricula for new tools/repair products
• Oversee full deployment including cost/benefit, procurement planning, logistics, maintenance/spare parts, and training
• Provide technical direction and remote/on-site support to resolve issues safely and maintain quality
• Lead lean initiatives and Kaizens; develop new standards to improve SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)
• Develop and deploy new repair/processing solutions globally with xqbhyrx self-development of processes
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years repair/installation field engineering experience)
• Ability to travel ~50% including international travel
