In this role, you enable patient-centered practices across Ru0026amp;D by shaping strategy, processes, and governance for patient-centric development, representation in trials, health equity, and bioethics. You collaborate in a global matrix to embed patient voice and data into development decisions, and scale consistent ways of working through frameworks, SOPs, and training. You’ll manage cross-functional workstreams, vendors, and external partners to demonstrate value and continuous improvement. A key focus is establishing robust PAG engagement and patient expert councils to guide programs. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Scale and govern patient-centric development across Ru0026D (PCD, health equity, trials representation)
• Develop and maintain PAG engagement processes, SOPs, tools, training and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables within CMO and with External Partnerships
• Establish and maintain Patient Expert Councils with Global Corporate Affairs and partners




• Support portfolio planning, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, metrics and reporting
• Drive adoption of standardized frameworks and governance across therapy areas
• Partner with clinical development, regulatory, patient safety, legal, compliance and procurement
• Deliver practical, executive-ready guidance and training for compliant patient engagement
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Life Sciences or equivalent
• Experience with Patient Advocacy Groups and patient communities in pharma/biotech/healthcare
• Knowledge of patient xqbhyrx engagement regulations and transparency standards
• Experience building global, matrix operating models and processes
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong understanding of drug development and role of patient voice in decision-making
• Strong project management, planning and delivery skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex requirements into guidance
• High integrity and comfort in compliance, ethics, and external engagement
