About the Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as an F&B; Supervisor you are responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising the service team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and supporting smooth coordination between front‑of‑house and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

-

- Leading and supporting the team to ensure smooth, guest‑focused service across all outlets.

- Providing guidance, feedback, and training to develop team skills and performance.

- Delivering attentive, professional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and promoting food, beverage, and service offerings.

- Upholding Mandarin Oriental’s high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness.

- Ensuring accurate accounting and adherence to operational procedures.

- Taking ownership of problem‑solving and supporting the team in daily challenges.





- Stepping in for Restaurant Management when needed and prioritizing personal performance and development.

Qualifications

-

- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality.

- Proven experience leading and developing teams in Food & Beverage.

Technical Skills

-

- Efficiently manage staffing, shift planning, and daily operational needs.

- Maintain high standards in menu presentation, table set‑up, and overall service flow.

- Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

- Support training and on‑the‑job coaching, including role‑play exercises, to develop team skills and foster a positive work environment.

- Communicate clearly and proactively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
