Responsibilities Direct leadership and management of the operational logistics team.
Coordination of end-to-end operations, from ocean imports to final customer delivery.
Control of ocean freight, customs clearance, and reduction of port demurrage costs.
Oversight of warehousing, order picking, and B2B/B2C deliveries across Iberia.
Stock management, demand planning, and reverse logistics optimization.
Control and monitoring of the logistics department budget.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles with proven team management experience.
Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD modules) and fluent/advanced business English.
Experience in international trade (containerized imports from Asia).
