Nextlane in Madrid is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the Iberia local HR team as on-site representative for Spain. You will manage day-to-day employee relations and partner with the HR Lead Iberia to support managers and staff across the full employee lifecycle.
The role offers hybrid work up to three days a week, a focus on compliance with Spanish labor law, onboarding and offboarding, and close collaboration with payroll.
