At Copernicus we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for the development of the following functions:

-

- Valuation of real estate assets of different typology (land, residential, offices, premises or warehouses).

- Analysis of market value, expected rental value and assumptions about market liquidity.

- Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors in terms of defining the valuation strategy, scope and deadlines using the different methods available.

- Implementation of processes and procedures for the operational improvement of the department.

Requirements

-

- Interest in Valuations

- Knowledge of different valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization…) is a plus

- Adept in Microsoft Excel

- Desirable: Disability Certificate +33%

Academic Background and Languages

- Degree in technical (architecture,
