- Lead design initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring high alignment with user needs and business goals
- Mentor and support less experienced designers to elevate team performance and impact
- Strong business mindset; ability to connect user needs with business objectives and use data to inform decisions
- Experience shipping or prototyping agentic AI products, with fluency in concepts such as agents, tools, context, and evaluations




- Proven ability to blend qualitative research, direct customer conversations, and business data to drive clear product choices
- Expertise in systemic thinking, mapping how products add and capture value in complex stakeholder ecosystems
