PACS is seeking a Leave of Absence Administrator to manage a caseload from initiation through return to work. You will interpret leave programs in line with FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and state laws while coordinating medical data and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
As SME for the leave program, you will work with HR leadership, HRBPs, and Local HR to resolve cases, coordinate payroll impacts, and provide training support for LOA coordinators. Strong communication and discretion are essential.
