We're looking for an Experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across strategic Salesforce (SFDC) CRM initiatives within a general Partner & Retail ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across multiple initiatives
- Drive Agile delivery using SAFe, PI Planning, sprint tracking, and release readiness
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders across global locations
- Track delivery progress, project costs, scope changes, and executive reporting
- Support continuous improvement across PMO processes and delivery governance
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of Project or Delivery Management experience
- Experience working with Partner Ecosystems, Sales Compensation, or Retail CRM programs
- Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile, PI Planning, and Agile delivery practices
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, MS Project, or similar project management tools
