The internship

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to help build our European commercial motion. This is an unpaid, hybrid internship based in Madrid for someone curious about venture capital, AI, and early-stage sales. You will work directly with the founding team on target research, outreach, discovery preparation, and commercial follow-up.

What you’ll do

- Research and prioritize venture funds, family offices, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.
- Identify relevant partners, principals, platform leaders, and operations teams.
- Help prepare thoughtful outreach and relationship-led campaigns.
- Support discovery calls and product demos with account research and clear notes.
- Keep the pipeline organized and make sure follow-ups and next steps do not get lost.




- Research VC communities, events, newsletters, and potential partners.
- Capture objections and market feedback to improve positioning and sales materials.
- You communicate clearly in writing and are comfortable reaching out to new people.
- You are curious about venture capital, AI, B2B software, or startup ecosystems.
- You are organized, resourceful, and comfortable learning by doing.
- You can turn research into concise, useful briefs and next actions.
- English is required; Spanish or another European language is a plus.
- Previous sales or VC experience is useful but not required.
