We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified leads by engaging IT managers across the globe.

Responsibilities

- Engage with key decision‑makers: initiate conversations with IT managers to understand their current technology stack.
- Spark interest: present our client’s innovative IT solutions and demonstrate how they can improve processes and productivity.
- Create high‑value opportunities: set up meetings between prospects and our client’s sales experts to advance the sales funnel.

Qualifications

- C2 level English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus (not required)
- Experience in customer service is a plus (not required)
- Previous CRM experience is desirable (not required)
- Target‑driven mentality and can‑do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team




- Residence in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid)
- Legal right to work in Spain (full‑time)

Compensation & Benefits

- Permanent contract with a monthly salary of approximately €1,780 + uncapped commission
