At Netzon Group , we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated People Business Advisor to join our HR Team in Barcelona.

About the Role

As a People Business Advisor, you will be responsible for partnering with managers and employees to provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle. You will support people-related matters, advise on HR policies and best practices, and strive to deliver effective solutions that enhance employee experience and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full cycle of the employee from an HR perspective both internally and externally.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Deal with employee HR related requests, issues, advice and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments such as payroll or recruitment to ensure a smooth employee onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and internal processes affecting employee relations.

What We’re Looking For

- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, Social Security, and human resources topics.
- Demonstrable experience working in an HR role (1-3 years relevant work experience).




- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Meta4, SuccessFactors, Workday, ticketing tools).
- Knowledge of Social Security & SEPE systems.
- Work experience in fast-paced, multinational or matrixed organizations, ideally within sectors with high operational complexity (retail, tech, logistics, telecom, services, etc.).

What We Offer

- Start Date: ASAP.
- Contract: Temporary 6 Months (Possibility for long-Term continuation)
- Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Salary: €28,000 gross per year.
- Working Model: Hybrid.
- Training: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
