Role Description

The Auxiliar de enfermería (TCAE) will provide direct support to nursing and medical staff in an on‑site hospital environment located in Rubí. This contract role involves assisting with patient admission and preparation, supporting activities of daily living, and ensuring comfort and safety in pre‑and post‑operative care. The TCAE will help with monitoring basic vital signs under supervision, maintaining cleanliness and readiness of patient rooms and clinical areas, and preparing materials and equipment for procedures. Daily tasks include documenting care activities accurately, following established protocols and infection control standards, and communicating clearly with patients,



families, and the multidisciplinary team. The role requires a strong focus on compassionate patient care, teamwork, and adherence to Wellness Kliniek’s high quality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care and Direct Patient Care, with experience in supporting individuals before and after surgical procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Activities of Daily Living, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and basic comfort measures.
- Candidates should possess Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent Auxiliar de enfermería (TCAE) training and credentials recognized in Spain.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Completed vocational training program as Auxiliar de enfermería (TCAE) or similar healthcare support qualification.
- Knowledge of basic clinical procedures, infection prevention, and hospital safety protocols.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, work collaboratively in a surgical and recovery setting, and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish; additional languages such as English or Catalan are an advantage.
- Previous experience in hospital, surgical, or cosmetic care settings is highly beneficial
