Senior AIT Technician & Facility Manager (Hybrid)

We are looking for a skilled Senior AIT Technician & Facility Manager with solid experience in space sector AIT environments and clean room operations. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with facility management capabilities, ensuring compliance with space quality standards, laboratory operations, and contamination control requirements.
- Support and coordinate Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) activities in laboratory and clean room environments.
- Manage and maintain technical facilities and laboratory infrastructure, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contamination control requirements.
- Perform inspection, assembly, integration, and testing activities following established procedures and standards.
- Ensure configuration control, technical documentation management, and full product traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operate,
maintain, and support laboratory instrumentation, test equipment, and measurement systems.
- Implement and monitor ESD protection measures and best practices within laboratory and clean room environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support space hardware development and qualification activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes, facilities, and operational procedures.
- Solid experience in AIT environments and/or clean rooms within the space sector.
- Previous experience in laboratory or technical facility management.
- Good knowledge of ECSS standards, ISO standards, contamination control, and space quality requirements.
- Proven experience working in ISO-classified clean room environments.
- Strong understanding of AIT processes, including inspection, assembly, integration, and testing.
- Experience with technical documentation, configuration control, and traceability management.
- Knowledge of ESD protection, electrical harnessing, laboratory instrumentation, and test equipment.
- Solid technical background in electricity and electronics applied to laboratory and test environments.
- Advanced hands-on laboratory and clean room operation skills.
- Experience handling laboratory instrumentation and measurement equipment.
- Advanced user level of Windows, Linux, and standard MS Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks applied to laboratory and test systems.
- Knowledge of ECSS standards.
- Professional fluency in English.
