At T-Systems, we are accelerating the next wave of enterprise transformation through Artificial Intelligence and Application Modernization. We are looking for a highly experienced AI & Application Modernization Sales Specialist with a strong consultative mindset to drive growth in this strategic domain. In this role, you will help enterprise clients evolve from traditional architectures and basic chatbot implementations to autonomous, agent-driven AI ecosystems and cloud-native platforms. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping complex deals where AI not only generates insights but also acts autonomously to execute business processes, while ensuring a scalable and enterprise-grade data foundation and driving consumption of T-Systems’ cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Business Growth: Identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities in AI, data, and application modernization across enterprise accounts.
- Agentic AI & Agent Platforms Leadership: Lead the positioning of Agentic AI as a core transformation pillar, promoting the adoption of AI agent ecosystems and agent management/orchestration platforms. Identify use cases where autonomous agents deliver measurable business outcomes.




- Consultative Selling at C-Level: Engage with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and business leaders to position AI, data, and modernization as strategic enablers.
- End-to-End Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with Expert Sales and Delivery teams to build end-to-end value propositions combining Agentic AI, application modernization, and data platforms. Drive consumption of T Cloud Public and Industrial AI Cloud.
- Data-Driven AI Enablement: Ensure AI solutions rely on scalable and governed data foundations.
- AI Evangelization: Educate clients on Agentic AI, orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
- Account Expansion: Grow existing accounts and identify transformation opportunities as part of hunting activity.

Required Qualifications

- 5–10 years in complex technology sales (Cloud, SaaS, AI, Data)
- Strong consultative selling skills

Technical Knowledge & Skills

- Proven experience selling AI and data-driven solutions including Agentic AI
- Strong understanding of agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- Knowledge of data architectures (lakehouse, pipelines, vector DBs)
- Experience in application modernization using AI tools
- Understanding of RAG and enterprise integrations

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI + data + enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM integrations
- Understanding of governance and security in AI
