COSCO Shipping Lines (Spain) S.A. is seeking for a IT Systems & Innovation Assistant (m/f/d) to join the IT Department in Barcelona or Valencia .

Your Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and resolve software, hardware, and system-related issues for internal users.
- Analyze and improve IT processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Manage COSCO and local systems, including user administration, database maintenance, and incident resolution.
- Perform system administration tasks such as server maintenance, software installation, and security updates.
- Coordinate with external providers, including support for EDI messaging and system integrations.
- Support the planning, implementation,



and optimization of local and integral IT projects.
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity requirements, ensuring compliance and system security.
- Drive digital transformation through AI solutions, automation, and Microsoft 365 / Power Platform initiatives.

Your Profile

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid IT knowledge, experience in the implementation of new systems and in support solutions.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven approach.
- Knowledge of logistics business processes is considered a plus.
- English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent.
