Role Mission

The Sales Operations Specialist will act as a business partner to the Iberia and LATAM sales teams, enabling operational excellence and process consistency. The role focuses on building structure, improving forecasting, and ensuring smooth integration of sales systems and methodologies to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and optimize Salesforce and related tools to enhance sales performance and data accuracy.
- Support forecasting , pipeline governance, and sales reporting to drive business visibility.
- Establish and refine sales processes that ensure consistency and scalability across markets.




- Deliver actionable sales insights and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy to align commercial priorities.

Ideal Profile

- 5–8 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations , ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM ; experience with Power BI or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
- Strong experience with sales process design , forecasting , and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Analytical and structured professional with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory); Italian is a plus.
