Experteer Overview In this role you will define and scale Openbank’s mobility services strategy within Santander’s Auto domain. You will create products and experiences that extend customer relationships beyond vehicle financing, leveraging data and AI to drive new revenue and engagement. You will partner with OEMs, mobility providers, and internal teams to build scalable ecosystem capabilities across markets. This position offers the chance to shape connected, AI-enabled mobility experiences and positions Santander as a key player in the evolving mobility ecosystem. - Identify, develop, test, and scale new mobility propositions to boost engagement and lifetime value
- Validate product-market fit with local markets and roll out successful initiatives
- Explore opportunities across connected,



autonomous, electric, and shared mobility including integrated payments
- Define and deliver AI-enabled propositions that enhance ownership and mobility experiences
- Collaborate with OEMs, mobility providers, payment partners, and Santander teams to build scalable ecosystem partnerships and reusable global capabilitiesResponsabilidades
- 8+ years in digital product management in multi-market environments
- 8+ years in mobility, automotive, payments, connected services, platform businesses, or emerging technologies
- Experience identifying product-market fit and scaling propositions across markets
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Product Management, Innovation, Mobility, Digital Business, or related disciplines (preferred)
