Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end forecasting and improvement initiatives for Amazon’s Middle Mile operations in EU, aiming to optimize speed, delivery accuracy, and cost. You collaborate with Tech and cross-functional teams to refine forecast signals and implement data-driven solutions. You’ll lead the forecast accuracy roadmap and manage improvement programs from start to finish, balancing big-picture analysis with hands-on delivery. This opportunity lets you shape the forecasting signal for scale, while enhancing customer experience and efficiency.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Plan and execute weekly high-volume Middle Mile forecast publications to optimize CX metrics (Speed, Cost, DEA)
- Strengthen the relationship between planning and Tech to improve forecast signals
- Deep dive on forecast accuracy misses and coordinate rollout of corrective plans
