- Provide input to and lead implementation of logistics plans and policies for storage and movement of materials and finished goods
- Research and evaluate logistics policies around movement and storage, monitoring deployment and effectiveness
- Prepare logistics plans related to inventory control and storage/movement




- Translate business needs into effective logistics plans for Galderma
- Execute plans to optimize logistics and establish controls
- Prioritize and coordinate transformation and change of logistics policies and processes
- Analyze ongoing logistics processes to identify improvements and implement programs
- Develop and formulate strategies and policies to meet business needs
- Coordinate logistics activities to provide effective service to stakeholders and advise Galderma employees on logistics matters

- More than 15 years of experience
- Experience managing a department or unit with multiple teams
