- Strong background in the Molecular market
- Experience in regional or cross-country roles within a matrix, multicultural environment
- Proven managerial experience with coaching and development of teams
- Track record in successful product launches, franchise management, or portfolio ownership
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate market insights into strategic priorities
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; other European languages advantageous
