Experteer Overview As a Product Manager on Freenow’s Rider team, you own and improve key parts of the rider journey, driving conversion, engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You’ll identify friction points through data and user feedback, translate insights into high-impact opportunities, and validate ideas with experiments. You’ll balance quick wins with long-term platform improvements while collaborating with engineering, design, data, and marketing to align goals and metrics. - 7+ years of Product Manager experience in fast-paced, multi-million customer-facing products (mobility, food delivery, etc.)
- Strong discovery and delivery capability
- Proficient in using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
- Passion for simple, user-friendly products
- Excellent communication skills to articulate problems, data, audience, and solutions
- Strategic and analytical mindset with understanding of competitors and why choices matter
- Experience with analytics tools (Tableau, Mixpanel) and data-driven decision making
- High agency: proactive, end-to-end ownership, action-oriented
