Experteer Overview In this role you drive commercial plans and execution for MH brands within the Barcelona High Energy channel. You will develop key image accounts, maximize distribution and volumes, and build strong relationships with local distributors to secure RtM success. You work closely with regional leadership to align with strategic goals, analyze market opportunities, and manage budgets and KPIs. Your work shapes brand presence, education, and performance across on-trade venues, festivals, and nightlife segments.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Achieve annual quantitative and qualitative objectives defined by management
- Analyze the market to identify opportunities to expand distribution and volumes
- Visit and review direct and indirect customers and optimize the call cycle for On-Trade prospects
- Negotiate annual agreements, promotions, and commercial plans with customers; ensure pricing policy compliance by brand and channel
- Provide detailed KPI reports on volumes, profitability, risks, and opportunities




- Control brand visibility and image in line with brand strategies; activate customers for proper brand animation
- Gather qualitative and quantitative market information (sales, stocks, prices, promotions) and maintain updated tracking data
- Maintain regular contact with Regional Manager and Area Managers as required
- Optimize and manage budgets (Tu0026E and FTT/Au0026P investments)
- Act as Brand Ambassador with focus on Brand Education and prescription of MH BrandsResponsabilidades
- Strong knowledge of the Wu0026S sector in Spain
