Experteer Overview In this role you join Henkel’s Global eCommerce Team to shape and execute the eCommerce strategy for the Adhesives unit. You will harness online data to drive decisions on assortment, pricing, placement, promotions, and product innovation, influencing cross-functional teams and external partners. You’ll act as a change agent to advance digital transformation and enable data-driven management of consumer behavior insights at scale. The role offers meaningful impact through collaboration with global and local teams, agencies, and tools to optimize performance across markets. - Define, develop and execute the eCommerce strategy for Henkel Consumer Adhesives
- Build data-driven management of online data and enable data-driven decision making
- Translate consumer behavior data into recommendations across assortment, product innovation, price, placement and promotion
- Collaborate with international management, general/local eCommerce and brands; manage agencies, service providers and tools
- Assess the value of digital analytics and BI solutions and lead setup of required tools

- University degree in business administration, controlling, statistics or information science
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in digital performance analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach and attention to detail
- Goal-oriented, reliable in project management with a track record of success
- Entrepreneurial drive, proactive, curious about new technologies and business areas
- Persuasive communication across functions, countries and external partners
- Excellent English language skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other visualization tools and understanding of databases
- Hands-on experience with tools/platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Analytics PlatformRequisitos principales
