Experteer Overview As a Product Engineer in Factorial’s AI-driven Talent Domain, you will help design and scale AI-powered features that support recruitment, performance, engagement, and training. You will own the end-to-end loop from hypothesis to deployment, measuring impact and iterating on reliability and user experience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM-driven capabilities into a scalable, cloud-native platform.
