- Lead end-to-end design for complex features from discovery to delivery, producing wires, prototypes, and UI
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear, well-justified design solutions
- Plan and conduct user research, usability tests, and discovery sessions to validate assumptions

- Contribute to the evolution of CloudPay's design system and maintain accessibility standards

- Cross-functional collaboration with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Portfolio with end-to-end product design showing thinking, quality, and impact
- Familiarity with API-first or integration-heavy platforms; AI-powered experiences a plus
