Experteer Overview As Senior Backend Engineer in the Foundation Engineering team, you will shape core services that power the Urban Sports Club ecosystem. You will own identity/authentication and search backend initial domains and help scale future central services. You’ll design scalable, secure internal APIs and support other product teams to move fast. You’ll work with Go and collaborate across Product, Tech Leads, and other engineering squads. - Architect, develop, and maintain high-throughput foundational services (identity/authentication and search)
- Design and implement future shared services to support platform scaling
- Build robust internal APIs and developer tools for cross-team use
- Deliver well-tested, secure Go code with operational ownership
- Promote best practices: system design, modular architecture, automated testing
- Collaborate with product owners,
tech leads, and other teams to translate requirements into scalable solutionsResponsabilidades
- 6+ years of backend experience with Go
- Experience with identity/authentication protocols (Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC) and search engines
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design
- Proven ability to design clean, secure internal APIs that scale across teams
- Cloud experience (GCP/AWS) from an application perspective
- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate with technical stakeholders
