We are looking for a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our team in the telecommunications sector. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s legal and compliance activities at both national and international levels. Purpose of the Role: Provide ongoing legal support to internal departments in their daily operations, offering legal guidance and counseling as needed. Assist in resolving potential disputes with third parties, managing claims, and overseeing existing litigation or arbitration procedures. Coordinate with external legal advisors, both locally and internationally. Support the Board of Directors when required and participate in corporate governance activities. Manage risk and compliance matters affecting the company and its stakeholders. Contribute to the implementation and development of corporate compliance programs, including anti-bribery, data protection, and export control. Review contracts and legal documents to ensure accuracy and mitigate risks, while ensuring business compliance with applicable regulations.



Oversee legal risks associated with international commercial and engineering projects, supporting negotiation and dispute resolution processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Law (admission to bar or equivalent preferred). Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of Spanish civil and commercial law, and familiarity with EU regulations. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a legal or corporate environment.
