You collaborate with sales and Ru0026amp; D to translate technicalinsights into value, support market opportunities, and drive innovative solutions across Europe. You will lead pilots and trials, document savings, and coach teams to deploy effective water-management technologies. - Troubleshoot and solve complex client problems in cooling, pre-treatment and reclaim applications
- Provide training and ongoing support to technical audiences and client teams
- Collaborate with field sales and corporate account teams on technical sales opportunities
- Demonstrate and quantify system optimization and value delivered by integrated chemistry, automation, digital tools, equipment, and engineered solutions
- Lead root cause analysis to resolve application or best practice concerns at customer sites




- Assess water treatment programs and quantify operational efficiency improvements in documented reports
- Collaborate with Ru0026D and Marketing on innovation projects from ideation to launch, including Phase Gate milestones
- Lead innovation pilot applications, technical trials and market trials
- Facilitate training for associates and customers to build proficiency
- Support corporate account managers and sales reps with technical insights for at-corporate level presentationsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong technical knowledge of water and pre-treatment solutions
- 5+ years in technical implementation, production management, process engineering, technical sales, or field sales support
