Experteer Overview As a Workday HCM Delivery Lead at Accenture, you will steer end-to-end Workday HCM and FIN implementations for global clients, shaping transformation programs. You will build and lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery quality within scope, time, and budget. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with pre-sales involvement and AI-enabled delivery accelerators. - Stakeholder management, resource management, financial management, PMO, quality management
- Willingness to travel as needed and manage client interactions
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
