As part of a strategic growth project, they are looking for a Customer Service Manager (O2C) to lead customer service operations for the Italian market while driving operational excellence, process standardization, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.Your Mission- You will be responsible for leading Customer Service and Order-to-Cash operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and strong cross-functional collaboration across the business.- You will manage customer service teams while acting as a key partner for Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance,
