You will collaborate with Procurement, Ru0026amp; D, Quality, Operations, and suppliers to improve margins while maintaining compliance and performance. - Identify and evaluate total cost optimization opportunities across materials, components, and processes with focus on insourcing, alternate sourcing, and value engineering; align with site and Manufacturing Strategy for future state.
- Perform structured should-cost, clean-sheet, and teardown analyses.




- Lead a cross-functional technical team through planning and execution of projects using engineering/scientific methods.
- Build accurate schedules, drive core team activities, and guide technical support groups.
- Support change control, validation, and implementation (e.G., cut-in planning).
- Facilitate cross-functional Continuous Improvement, Kaizen and Cost Optimization events to generate and prioritize ideas.Responsabilidades
