Experteer Overview As Senior Demand Planner at the Global Planning Hub in Barcelona, you will shape short- and mid-term demand by translating data into actionable plans. You will work closely with regional markets, finance, and operations to ensure demand plans align with business strategy and customer needs. You’ll lead forecast quality improvements, Su0026amp; OP processes, and planning transparency across international markets. - Analyze statistical forecasts and validate baseline demand plans using historical data and insights
- Collaborate with local markets to incorporate enrichments, promotions, risks, and opportunities into demand plans
- Maintain accurate forecasts in planning systems (e.G., SAP IBP)
- Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and KPIs, and propose improvements




- Lead Demand Review and Su0026OP processes in line with global standards
- Identify supply risks and bottlenecks affecting customer service with Supply Planning
- Support inventory optimization and obsolescence management
- Contribute to continuous improvement and strengthen planning analytics and cross-country standardizationResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Business Administration or Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management
- Experience with SAP IBP or advanced planning systems (desirable)
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- Digital mindset with familiarity with emerging technologies (e.G., RPA, AI, IoT) (desirable)
- Operational excellence experience
- Proactive, organized, able to work under pressure
