You will partner with regional teams, KOLs, and stakeholders to create scalable, evidence-based education aligned with regional objectives. You will apply modern learning methods to maximize engagement, track learning outcomes, and continuously optimize content. - Design and execute EMEA orthodontic education programs covering diagnosis and treatment planning with traditional and digital solutions
- Deliver high-quality face-to-face and virtual education (lectures, hands-on workshops, blended learning)
- Ensure programs are evidence-based and tailored to regional market needs
- Apply modern learning methodologies to maximize learner engagement and retention
- Build relationships with clinical stakeholders across EMEA; support speaker training and content alignment
- Interpret clinical evidence for practical educational content; manage localization andmarket prioritization strategies
- Align education initiatives with regional commercial objectives and product strategies
- Manage education budgets, timelines, and cross-functional inputs using structured project management
- Leverage digital platforms (Teams, Zoom, Office, Power BI) for delivery, reporting, and insights
