Brand Activation Manager (f/m/x)Full‑time role based in Barcelona.ResponsibilitiesManage the Beyond Your Booth (BYB) sponsorship inventory, keeping records accurate, monitoring availability, and aligning updates with the Sales teamCoordinate artwork specifications, approvals, production timelines, and delivery for sponsorship products, including banners, wraps, floor decals, and other branding assetsLiaise with internal teams, suppliers, and production partners to ensure sponsorship deliverables are produced and installed on time and to the required quality standardsPartner with the Sales, Sponsorship, and Branding & Signage teams to ensure all sold sponsorship assets are captured, tracked, and delivered as contractedOversee the onsite delivery and installation of sponsorship assets during build‑up and live event days, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely executionPrepare onsite documentation and installation schedules for sponsorship placementsMonitor project timelines, proactively identify risks, and provide regular progress updates to key stakeholdersQualificationsExperience in project coordination, sponsorship operations, event management, exhibitions, or a similar operational roleCompleted studies in event management, hospitality,



exhibitions or a related field – or equivalent practical experience in a comparable roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience with CRM and project management tools (e.G.
