Experteer Overview As Technical Sales Manager, you will drive regional growth by translating customer needs into technically and commercially viable solutions using Elementis products. You’ll build and sustain technical relationships with coating customers and distributors, collaborate with regional Sales, Marketing, and Ru0026amp; D teams, and lead or co-lead launches and projects. You will provide technical support and training to the sales network, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem solving. This role combines technical insight with business development to expand our coatings expertise across MEA and Southern Europe and beyond.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Drive growth by developing customer solutions using Elementis products
- Develop and strengthen technical relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Provide technical support and regular training to the coatings sales team, distributors and customers in the region
- Identify and line up new business opportunities aligned with the business strategy
- Support Sales Managers to accelerate opportunities through regular customer visits




- Provide after-sales support, address technical questions and manage complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Identify market needs and develop sound value propositions
- Participate or co-lead new product launches and projects with Marketing and Ru0026DResponsabilidades
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with Business or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years in technical service or Ru0026D, preferably in Coatings, Adhesives and Sealants and Construction
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to build broad relationships
- Strong interpersonal, networking, communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing customer-focused projects and delivering technical solutions
- Experience with creative technical presentations
- Strong analytical, planning and long-term goal realization abilities
- Excellent networking and communication with internal and external partners
- Regular international travel
