Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the full payroll cycle for Spanish clients, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery within local laws. You will work closely with Operations and clients to validate data and manage compliance reporting. You’ll handle social security, tax submissions, and client onboarding to CloudPay, contributing to reliable payroll services. This position offers growth in a forward-thinking, values-driven team with a focus on quality and collaboration. You will play a key part in shaping efficient payroll delivery for a global payroll partner.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing according to the monthly calendar with compliance to Spanish legislation
• Collaborate with Operations to validate and reconcile inputs and reports for legal and client alignment
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and review outputs for accuracy
• Maintain payroll records and audit/compliance documentation
• Prepare and upload monthly payroll reports to the CloudPay platform
• Handle Spanish Social Security communications and submissions via SILTRA, CONTRAT@, CERTIFIC@, DELTA
• Oversee monthly Social Security contributions and resolve delays




• Coordinate calculation and timely submission of tax declarations to AEAT (models 111, 216, 190, 296, 345)
• Support payroll testing and parallel runs for new clients or system changes
• Collaborate with Implementations to ensure smooth transition of new payroll accounts
• Contribute to setup validations to ensure client data is complete for payroll delivery

Responsabilidades
• Extensive hands-on experience with end-to-end Spanish payroll processing
• Deep knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation, compliance, and reporting
• Experience with complex components (benefits-in-kind, flexible remuneration, stock options/RSUs, non-resident scenarios)
• Strong written and spoken Spanish and English (minimum English B2)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and Google Apps
• Decisive, proactive, and able to manage priorities independently
• Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer A3 and SUMAR is a plus
• Exposure to international payroll environments is beneficial
