Experteer Overview As Legal Counsel for the Travel Intelligence unit, you will steer commercial and regulatory advice across products and partnerships. You’ll support cross-functional teams, draft and negotiate key contracts, and guide data governance and compliance. You’ll help shape GTM and product strategies while ensuring legal risk is balanced with business goals. This role places you at the center of strategic collaborations, data protection, and world‑scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Provide legal advice across the product lifecycle for Travel Intelligence solutions
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (SaaS, data licensing, technology partnerships, distribution)
- Advise sales across customer segments (Airlines, Airports, Retail, Financial Services)
- Lead compliance, data privacy, and data governance initiatives
- Coordinate with Privacy, Risk u0026 Compliance, CISO, Data Governance teams
- Act as trusted advisor to product, sales, and operations teams




- Support cross-functional projects expanding Travel Intelligence offerings
- Maintain and update legal templates (MSAs, vendor agreements, data sharing)
- Support terms and conditions development across products
- Provide general legal support across the Hospitality domain
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and business changes

- Strong experience in commercial, IT, SaaS or data-related contracts
- Experience in law firm and/or in-house environments
