Experteer Overview In this role you’ll maximize Nordex’s value from IP by analyzing patent and product landscapes in wind energy, tracking early trends, and guiding strategic decisions with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to technology development, lead IP creation activities, and communicate risk-aware insights to stakeholders. - Lead IP creation and brainstorming sessions to generate executable ideas

- M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in Intellectual Property/Business Strategy/Negotiation
- 7+ years in Ru0026D, innovation insight, benchmarking, and market intelligence
- English at C1 level; knowledge of German, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus
