Experteer Overview As Senior Product Manager in the Product Growth team, you will shape how Factorial’s product drives customer acquisition, activation, expansion and retention. You’ll own the end-to-end trial experience, early onboarding, and self-serve signals that enable growth across a large B2B user base. You will work at the intersection of AI-native product design and PLG, redefining UX, guidance, and onboarding to unlock value for thousands of companies. - Own the customer journey within the product: acquisition, self-serve, activation, expansion and retention
- Be accountable for trial experience, activation, early onboarding, and signals enabling self-serve expansion
- Define how AI replaces traditional UX, guidance,



and onboarding flows in a complex B2B product
- Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, CX, finance, marketing and product peers to align on growth initiatives
