Experteer Overview In this role, you drive energy efficiency and operational performance for smart buildings within Siemens’ Digital Services team. You identify optimization opportunities, perform data-driven analyses, and design energy solutions to reduce consumption and costs. You will work cross-functionally to deliver audits, cost calculations, and verification concepts, shaping sustainable building operation. This position blends analytics, engineering expertise, and customer-focused service delivery to enable measurable energy and maintenance improvements.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Assess energy usage and operation patterns to identify optimization measures
- Support sales in identifying and qualifying digital services contracts
- Own the optimization process from discovery through service delivery and verification
- Collaborate with the European Digital Delivery Center and manage internal stakeholders

- Experience in plant and control optimization for industry and buildings
- Background with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure and energy/maintenance efficiency
- Solid grasp of ventilation, heating, cooling, and process optimization
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Background as civil/mechanical/energy engineer with HVAC and energy efficiency project experience
- Certified Energy Manager and/or CMVP is a plus
